Nose
The nose explodes from the glass with black cherry, cranberry, and a mixture of strawberry and raspberry preserves with a touch of lavender honey.
Palate
The expansive palate is very forward and lush. This leads to a sweet mid-palate. A composite of black and red fruits that have savory notes bring life and freshness to this exotic wine.
Growing Conditions
We've been sourcing from this vineyard for over 7 years because it's the perfect sight for Grenache, and farmed by our friend and fellow vintner Ulises Valdez. It's cool, warm, and windy, with great soils that add depth and roundness.
Aging
16 months, 100% Large format 500-600L oak barrels.
Appearance
Deep rich color of black cherry red.
