Nose

Marked by apple, yellow peach and pineapple flavors, the nose is characterized by a perfume of yellow flowers and just-mowed hay.

Palate

The palate is full, fresh and intense with a lingering finish.

Growing Conditions

Grapes for this wine were estate grown in Montello, Italy. The vines average 22 years old and planted in north-south facing rows in the hilly red soil typical of the area. Elevations range from 500-1000 feet above sea level.

Appearance

Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut is straw yellow in color with light green glints. When it is poured its perlage is persistent with an evanescent froth.

Food Pairing

This wine is excellent with seafood, hors d’œuvres, and aromatic soups and salads. It is also delicious on its own as an aperitif.
