Palate

Our 2020 Grenache Rosé with its classic pale salmon color indicating it’s bone-dry natural beauty. Its aromas of rose petal and strawberries join seamlessly with thirst quenching smooth, crisp, well-structured drinkability. It’s a year-round reminder of our spring orchard in full bloom.

Winemaking

The Rosé was whole cluster pressed and fermented in an egg-shaped concrete tank. Once primary fermentation was completed, the wine was racked and aged for an additional 4 months in a combination of neutral 500L puncheons and stainless steel barrels. It was then bottled in early March 2021.
