Our honey colored 2020 Aleatico fills the glass with aromas of peach and apricot fruit leather with a crisp, mouthwatering feel of a granny smith apple. It’s perfect as an aperitif, with oysters or grilled fish.
The Aleatico is whole cluster pressed. Fermentation is cool and slow to lift the aromatics, typical of Muscat varieties. The wine was aged in neutral 500L puncheons for 5 months and then bottled in early March 2021.
