Nose
Sweet ripe notes of honeydew, cantaloupe melon, ripe juicy peach, lychee, unripe strawberry and wet stone. This wine is very complex with aromas of white roses and wild almond flowers.
Palate
Full palate, flavorful texture, with a well-balanced acidity that enhances the minerality of the wine.

The grapes for this wine were pressed at 100% whole cluster for vibrant fruit intensity. The juice settled for two days before it was racked into a combination of concrete eggs, amphora from Penedès, and French oak puncheons for fermentation. Sur lie aging for five – six months.
