Nose
The 2015 Tous Ensemble Pinot Noir’s aroma is layered with fresh red fruits, rose petal, and vanilla.
Palate
The body is redolent of damson plums, red apple skin and bing cherries, with a silky texture and smooth tannins.
Harvest
The 2015 vintage will be remembered for high quality and lower yields. The growing season started out with unseasonably warm temperatures in late winter and early spring. Cooler temperatures in May caused some uneven fruit set that contributed to smaller yields at some of our sites. We had the earliest start to our harvest ever, and our earliest finish. The quality and purity of the fruit from this vintage produced wines with outstanding flavors and aromatics. We are excited to see our wines from this vintage develop.
