Silky and elegant, our Woodbridge Winemaker's Selection Section 29 Red offers complex layers of ripe dark fruit, lavender, cocoa, peppercorn vanilla-toned oak aromas and flavors from five grape varieties. Cabernet Sauvignon forms the wine's firm structure, while adding black currant and peppercorn character. Merlot gives lush black cherry, cocoa and cedar notes, while Petite Sirah broadens the texture and shakes on spices. Petit Verdot perfumes the aromas with lavender and adds mid-palate richness. Lastly, splashes of Malbec enhance the velvety texture.

15 months barrel aging.
