Growing Conditions

Record-breaking winter rains filled our reservoirs and recharged the soil. Spring and early summer were warm, leading to very strong growth in the vines. The rest of the summer was more typical with warm days and cool nights, providing perfect conditions for the developing grapes. Harvest started early and was nearly complete before the wildfires started in early October. Our yields for the season were slightly lower than average and the resulting wines are classic—with complex flavors and our signature brightness on the palate.

Winemaking

The grapes are pressed and kept with the juice for 12 hours, resulting in a vibrant pink hue. Fermented in stainless steel, this wonderful dry rosé never saw barrels and went straight to bottle in March.

Food Pairing

grilled white meats, little spice.
