Nose
Ripe red cherries and plums play with cigar box aroma and a hint of graphite,tone fruit character, almost peachy.
Palate
red cherries ripen to black cherry and plum. The cedar of the cigar box mingles with Madagascar dark chocolate, anise/ licorice.
Aging
60 gallon French Oak barrels for 19 months.
