Growing Conditions
The soil, alluvial with rocks, and a climate of warm days and cool nights, produce an elegant Cabernet Sauvignon with pronounced fruit character, gentle but well-structured tannins and a silky texture. Our wine goes into the bottle with the kind of balance and structured tannins that make it drinkable on release, and for many years as it gracefully ages.
