The Vice Napa Valley Wines The Tri Blend Bottle Preview
The Vice Napa Valley WinesThe Tri Blend

The lovely bouquet of aromas bursts focused notes of Morello cherry, blueberry and violets, while an edge of white pepper adds interest. The palate continues in juicy, peppery fashion with added notes of plum, pomegranate molasses and cacao. The finish is long with smooth tannins that also reveal leather and baking spice. “The Tri” is a blend of 18% Cabernet Franc, 52% St Laurent and 30% Malbec. The inspiration behind the precise blending was the time % of each discipline in Triathlon at the 2016 Rio Olympics of my dear friend, World Champion and Team USA athlete Joe Maloy. Each varietal was picked at its peak ripeness, fermented and aged separately. -Malek Amrani (Founder, Winemaker & TEAM USA AG 30-34)

The Vice Napa Valley Wines Rosé of Pinot Noir Bottle Preview
The Vice Napa Valley WinesRosé of Pinot Noir

Our pinot noir grapes were diligently grown in Carneros for the purpose of making a dry rosé. The grapes were handpicked in late August at low Brix then hand sorted in the field and again at the winery. Only the finest grapes made it to press. 75% of the grapes were direct press providing acidity and elegance. 25% came through the saignée method adding fruit and complex structure. Native yeast fermentation to complete dryness took place over 21 days and left no residual sugar in this rosé. We let it rest for three months on its fine lees before we bottled it on December 16th, 2019.

A stellar mountain Cabernet Sauvignon, from one of the most ne of the first hillside vineyards planted in Napa Valley in 1860’s. At 1000 feet of elevation, the vineyard is surrounded by dense coniferous forests. The vines here ripe late, and yield less than 2 tons per acre, of richly concentrated Cabernet Sauvignon grapes.
