This vintage is a mid-full bodied wine. Robust, earthy flavor that makes Charbono different and distinctive from other wines. Great finish with surprising vitality from good acidity. A lovely wine of bold color and bright fruit.

Growing Conditions

These Charbono grapes, estate grown on the Summers’ “Villa Andriana” Vineyard in Calistoga grown in deep, loamy, volcanic
soil.

Aging

18 months in 80% American Oak, 20% French Oak; 50% New.

Appearance

A deep purple color.
