Palate
For such a wonderfully intense nose the initial palate is surprisingly delicate and subtle, yet still retains the depth you expect from Stony Hill. Lychee and hints of spice play off a pleasing weight and a long finish highlighted by Meyer lemon.

Gewurztraminer is always a great choice to serve with big holiday meals. With just 12% alcohol and its bone-dry, palate-cleansing qualities, it can cut right through all the richness of a turkey dinner.
