Nose

This is a fresh, lively and fruity wine. Aromas of apricot, pineapple, and melon.

Palate

On the palate, there are flavors of lychee, melon, pear, and lime. The acid is crisp but balanced by fruit. It has a fantastic finish of pear and stone fruit that goes on and on. As this wine ages, it will develop more complex aromas and flavors associated with the great Rieslings of France and Germany.

Food Pairing

Pair with Thai dishes like pad thai or eggplant (nothing too spicy), spring salad with candied nuts and goat cheese, or seafood pasta with white sauce.
