On the palate there is a fresh entrance evolving with cherries & strawberries. Well rounded mouth feel with nice weight progresses to a lingering finish of citrus and cherries.
Growing Conditions
The 2016 vintage rewarded with an ideal growing season as well as a long steady cadence of warm days and cool evenings. These conditions allowed the fruit to ripen and develop slowly. In concert with our farming practices, the results yielded a balanced, complex and concentrated profile.
