Palate
On the palate, a rewarding balance of luxurious texture creates just the right amount of complexity. Forward notes of ripe citrus, star fruit and nuances of minerality evolve to a harmony of texture depth and brightness.
Growing Conditions
The 2017 vintage rewarded with an ideal growing season as well as a long steady cadence of warm days and cool evenings. These conditions allowed the fruit to ripen and develop slowly. In concert with our farming practices, the results yielded a balanced, complex and concentrated profile.
