Palate
Full bodied cherry, plum and cassis notes with overtones of raspberry/blackberry and baking spices. Remarkably structured and shows an elegant, long lingering finish.
Growing Conditions
The 2013 growing season in Napa Valley was just what we hoped it would be. Plenty of long warm/hot days (not too hot) and lots of cool, foggy nights.
Aging
Unfined and unfiltered. 22 months in barrel. 100% Premium French Chateau New Oak.
