This Napa Valley Red Wine Blend is rich, textured, and complex with flavors of berries, red currants, and chocolate. Hints of toasted herbs, dark fruit compote and cocoa notes are interwoven with supple tannins for a long finish.
Our Bound and Determined Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits an abundant perfume of black currant and bing cherry, intermingled with intoxicating notes of lilac, wild spices and wet slate. The wine shows incredible depth and has tiers of mouthwatering flavors of black cherry, vanilla, cassis and oak.
The Hypothesis Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon is produced from one of best vineyards in all of the Napa Valley (The Money Road Vineyard in Oakville). This Cabernet is small in production and spends 18 months in French Oak barrels. The blend is primarily Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon, but also has Pritchard Hill Malbec and Pritchard Hill Merlot. The wine has incredible depth and complexity, delicious black fruits and amazing opulence. Hypothesis Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon is a muscular wine that loves to be paired with food, but is sophisticated enough to stand on its own.
Our Sonoma Coast Chardonnay is 100% barrel fermented and is all about balance. The cool coastal influence provides rich acidity and delicious tropical fruit flavors, while the barrel fermentation lends itself to creamy toasted notes of spice and vanilla. Very food friendly and crowd pleasing!
This Merlot is rich, textured, and complex with flavors of wild berries, red currants, plum, and chocolate. Hints of roasted herbs, toasted vanilla, and bright fruit are interwoven with supple tannins for a long, lasting finish.
The 2016 Graduate is always a favorite in our blending sessions. It offers seductive aromas of wild fruits, cassis and warm blackberry pie that invites you in for more. Hints of freshly shaved chocolate, pencil shavings, and ripe fruit compote mesh well with soft, robust tannins that provide for a mouthwatering finish.
