Nose

Opens up with aromas of ripe black cherries, dried cranberries with notes of anise, violets and leather.

Palate

This mouth filling wine follows through with dusty drying tannins that follow through with a leathery and warm finish.

Growing Conditions

Our vineyards in the north eastern hills above Napa yield rich yet fruit forward wine which is expressed from the terroir and climate. The terroir being pleaston loam with areas of Bressa-Dibble Complex giving the vine all the nutrients they need to yield exceptional fruit. The climate is warm and sunny with nice cool evenings and morning to yield the grapes to hang on the vine long enough to ripen and develop making this wine exceptional.
