The Cabernet Sauvignon Estate
Reserve grape are harvested solely
from the Winery properties 4 acres
of premium Cabernet Sauvignon. The
terroir is rocky clay loam which
makes for exceptional fruit
The 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve was selected from our estate vineyard, using only the finest fruit.
Aging
This Cabernet was barrel aged for 30 months in French oak giving this wine balance and structure.
