Through a harmonious blend of the Musqué Clone from the Loire Valley and California Clone 1, we have crafted a richly balanced wine, light golden green in color with a complex interplay of flavors and aromas.. In the glass, the layered aromatics provide an enticing blend of tropical fruit, vanilla bean, white peaches, and pear. On the palate, the rich texture is deftly balanced by clean acidity to produce a Sauvignon Blanc with depth of character.

Fermented and aged sur lies in 23% stainless steel and the balance in French oak for seven months. Fascination Sauvignon Blanc is single vineyard estate grown, produced, and bottled at O’Brien Estate. No malolactic fermentation to preserve its vibrancy.
