A light-bodied white wine with refreshing green apple, starfruit and citrus notes.
This wine is a blend of two of Bordeaux’s white varietals: Muscadelle 83%, and Sauvignon Blanc 17%
Estate grown, the grapes were hand-harvested, fermented and then cellared with no oak contact. The result is a light-bodied white wine with refreshing green apple, starfruit and citrus notes.
Both the Muscadelle and the Sauvignon Blanc were fermented in stainless steel. After blending, the wine was then cellared in stainless for four months and then bottled.
