Inky dark red in color, with aromas vanilla, cherry, and baking spice. The flavors are of cherry soda, vanilla, blackberry, and clove. Full-bodied with high tannins and a very textured mouthfeel and ideal for aging.

A pale straw yellow wine offers floral aromas of honey crisp apple, pineapple and apricot. With flavors of tropical fruit, this light to medium body white wine has a crisp, mineral finish.

Intense flavors of red cherry and raspberries rounded out with vanilla, and enriching notes of clove, warm vanilla, and some toasted oak in the nose. Velvety and layered with a fuller boy.

100% Sauvignon Blanc Musque, from estate-grown grapes. Naturally fermented, hand-riddled, and aged in the bottle in the French "méthode traditionnelle". A delicate frothy mousse and an airy nose of meyer lemon and flavors of tart lemon, green apple, and lime with a dry and refreshing finish.

Medium-bodied with a bouquet of black berry cordial, strawberry, vanilla, and fresh cut oak. The flavors evoke notes of strawberry, tart red cherry, cloves, and star anise.

A deeply hued, inky wine with a rich palate of blackberry, oak, and vanilla, with some chocolate blackberry and vanilla in the nose. Medium-bodied and medium tannins and a gritty finish.

A near tawny-red in color, to be served at cellar temperature with aromas of clover, black pepper, toasted oak, and blackberry. Flavors of dried cherry, root beer, and vanilla with a layered finish: a sipping wine to savor.

A medium body wine with pale golden yellow color, this sunny wine is off-dry with a floral bouquet and notes of melon and pear. Refreshing flavors of lemon, pineapple, and floral palette with a hint of vanilla and a crisp finish.

A Bordeaux-style white wine, with a pale-yellow hue and aromas of vanilla, buttery lemon, and toasted oak. A soft and smooth, with a slightly tart flavor profile of pastry and meyer lemon fill out the rich flavor profile with a richly soft round finish.
