Great intensity and the classic mountain fruit flavors of blueberry and fresh red fruit,
Making wine in the Napa Valley since 1983, we have developed strong relationships with many of the best vineyard owning families in the area. From those relationships, we have created this special Bordeaux blend, predominately Cabernet Sauvignon, blended with Cabernet Franc and Merlot.
Vineyard Designation: Rancho Chimiles, Salvador, Truchard
The 2013 Chairman’s selection is a very special wine, coming from some of the best mountain vineyards in Napa Valley. Undergoing a long fermentation using native yeast, up to 30 days, this wine is a classic example of what mountain fruit is to Napa.
The wine is very dark in color.
