Palate
The wine is dense with velvety tannins appearing early in the mouth. The Saint Helena Cabernet is a wine guided by a balance of structure and suppleness with notes of ripe red fruits, cherry, strawberry jam and toffee. Decant this wine in its youth. With proper cellaring, it will evolve for ten to twenty years.
Growing Conditions
