Palate

Pure aromas and flavors of red cherry and strawberry with vibrant mouthfeel and crisp finish.

Growing Conditions

We source the grapes for this blend mostly from one of our Pinot Noir vineyards in Sonoma County. Sonoma is ideal for growing the noble Pinot Noir grape because of the beneficial effects of coastal cooling. This particular climate combined with state of the art viticulture produces small intensely flavored berries.

Winemaking

The grapes for this Rosé Wine was hand-picked at the ultimate condition with vibrant acidity. The juice was carefully extracted by a gentle press with whole clusters and then inoculated with yeast for cold fermentation in a stainless steel tank. Slow fermentation was arrested before dryness to preserve the fresh fruity flavors and natural sweetness.

Appearance

Light garnet-colored.

Food Pairing

Best served lightly chilled as an aperitif, excellent when paired with seafood, chicken, or Mediterranean food.
