It offers an inviting aroma of tropical fruit and nutty marzipan notes.
On the palate, fruit flavors of apple, pear, lemon and pineapple are backed by the refreshing acidity which lengthens the finish.
Our Wolf Pack Chardonnay is crafted from Chardonnay sourced from a single vineyard located in Los Carneros, Napa Valley. Our fruit was whole cluster pressed; and then allowed to settle for 48 hours prior to moving into once used and neutral French oak barrels. Fermentation and malolactic conversion was completed in the barrels. We performed monthly batonnage (stirring the lees) to achieve incredible richness.
This wine exhibits a vibrant, golden straw color.
