DBA is a soft, approachable wine that shows plenty of finesse and red fruit flavors; leading to a long finish.
DBA is our proprietors’ blend and captures the essence of the terroir of our hillside vineyards and volcanic soil. The blend is comprised of the four varietals we grow on our estate; Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Merlot.
Harvested in October 2014.
Fermented in open top macro bins.
Barrel Aged in French Oak for 25 months, racked three times during aging
