Growing Conditions
97% of the Riesling comes from Monterey County where the growing season is long and cool, adding intricate layers of apricot, almond and honeysuckle. Grapes from Lake County (2%) and Santa Barbara (1%) add brightness to the fruit and floral characteristics, creating an ideal wine to pair with spicy foods and Asian cuisine.
