Growing Conditions
98% of the Riesling comes from Monterey County where the growing season is long and cool, adding intricate layers of apricot, almond, and honeysuckle. Grapes from Sonoma County’s Alexander Valley and Russian River Valley add brightness to the fruit and floral characteristics creating an ideal wine to pair with spicy foods and Asian cuisine.
