Growing Conditions
Located in the Russian River Valley, the Fulton Ranch vineyard surrounds the Kendall-Jackson Wine Estate and Gardens. The site benefits from the region’s famously warm days and cool nights, with majestic blankets of fog making a daily appearance to preserve natural acidity in the grapes. The array of well-drained sand and gravel soils make this an exceptional vineyard for Chardonnay and Pinot Noir alike.
Elevation: 100 – 200 feet
Soil: Fine yolo silt and clay loam soils flowing over fertile alluvial beds.
Climate: Cool, foggy mornings lead into warm afternoons, allowing the grapes to fully develop their flavors over a long growing season.

Aged 9 months in 99% French oak, 11% new
