Palate
The wine is a melange of dark berry fruits (blackberries, black raspberry and blueberry compote) that fill the mouth. Primarily petite sirah, we added a touch of petit verdot and malbec which softened the tannins - while a touch of acidity keeps the wine in balance. Delicious now but very cellar-worthy!
