Provides a toasted vanilla ballast to some of the most palate-coating vegetal and dark chocolaty Cab we’ve made. The intensity of the mid-palate transforms what was a great Cab into an Ultra-Cab.
Aging
18 months in barrel (finished in 50% new French oak).
Appearance
Deep royal purple color.

A Ribeye smothered in blue cheese compound butter.
