A combination of red-black wild berries with sweet toffee, cacao and cedar aromas precede elegant notes of forest floor (herbs de provence) and smashed rocks, graphite.
Palate
Silky, well-balanced round mouth-feel with a mineral background and ample elegant tannins. Nice and balanced with natural acidity that promises many years to enjoy.

24 days of skin contact (cold soak for 3 days to improve color, flavor and tannin extraction). 100% basket pressed. Malolactic Fermentation in barrels, with native bacteria.
Aging
19 months in 55% new French oak.
