Aromas of melon, guava and gooseberry.
Palate
Flavors of lemon meringue, grapefruit and melon flavors, with notes of pineapple and citrus on the finish. A complex Sauvignon Blanc from one of the coolest areas of Calistoga.

Winemaking
Stainless steel fermentation and aging with minimal malolactic conversion. A small amount of Semillon was blended in to balance acidity and add complexity.
Appearance
Pale straw color.
