Nose

Palate

Rich flavors of plum and cassis are complemented by a touch of star anise and baking chocolate. The bold flavors lead to well-integrated tannins, balanced structure and a long, smooth finish. The wine is well structured with integrated tannins and a long, smooth finish.

Harvest

The blend of Valdiguie, picked from a pre-prohibition vines just off of Picket Road at the base of the Vaca Mountains, Charbono from one of the last remaining Charbono vineyards in Napa Valley.

Winemaking

The wine was racked, blended and lightly fined before bottling.

Aging

Petite Sirah was aged in separate lots for 21 months in 100% French oak. Other varietals aged in 100% American Oak, 21 Months.
