This full bodied wine offers flavors of stone fruit and caramel on the palate balanced with a light acidity and a long and satisfying finish.
Bottled unfiltered
After hand harvesting in mid-October, the wine was whole cluster pressed, fermented in open top fermenters with lees stirred and hand punch downs.
The wine was barrel fermented in tight-grained, 100% French oak barrels (25% new) for 13 months.
