Growing Conditions
The Count’s Selection Charbono hails from the Shypoke Vineyard's old vines (50+ years old) which are situated on the valley floor of Napa County in warm Calistoga.
Aging
100% barrel-aged for 16 months in French oak barrels, 25% new oak.
