Palate

Well balanced, supple tannins dance across the palate accentuating this wine’s deep fruit and spices. Flavors of pomegranate, wild strawberry, cola, and clove spice follow the tannins and acidity through to the long elegant finish.

Growing Conditions

The grapes for our 2013 Pinot Noir come from the prestigious Sangiacomo Vineyards that lie within the Sonoma Coast growing region. 5’ x 7’ vines.

Winemaking

Pinot grapes for this wine are carefully selected and hand picked at the Sangiacomo Vineyard of the Sonoma Coast appellation. Winemaking operations take place in Sonoma where the wine is fermented and aged to perfection. Tank fermented with isolated Burgundian yeast.

Aging

11 months in barrel.

Appearance

In the glass, this wine shows off its crystal garnet color.
