Nose
When swirled in the glass,
fine tears form quickly, and aromas of black raspberry and plum waft from the glass. Within
moments, a halo of olive, dried earth and vanilla begins to fill the nose, very appealing.
Palate
The
palate opens with a fruit core of Bing cherry laced with caramel, and the refined and smooth
tannins make this wine very approachable.

20 months in 100% French Oak, 50% New
Appearance
The color is a warm garnet red, reminiscent of velvet in the sun.
