Nose

Vibrant floral aromatics of jasmine and orange blossom explode from the glass, complimenting the fresh stone fruit expression of white peach and apricot this varietal is known for.

Palate

The palate is rich and round with flavors of wildflower honey and sweet spice, offering the intriguing texture and lingering flavors that persist in perfect balance.

Growing Conditions

One hundred percent of this vintage was sourced from Saralee’s Vineyard in the Russian River Valley. The vines are terraced in a concentric circle around a small hill on the famed Saralee’s Vineyard, which offers various exposures that impart a complex aromatic profile to the fruit.

Winemaking

Whole cluster basket pressed. Fermented (25% native, 75% inoculated) in neutral French oak barrels at cellar temperature.

Aging

Aged 10 months before bottling. No malolactic fermentation.
