Racy on the palate, rounding out with soft acidity and a fresh lime finish.

Winemaking

70% fermented in neutral oak barrels, remain-ing in barrel for 4 months with lees stirring to add weight and mouthfeel. Remaining 30% fermented in stainless steel under cold (55°F) temperature to preserve bright fruit aromatics. No malolactic fermentation.
