Nose

Concentrated aromatics and deep amber hues suggest the richness of this beautiful dessert wine. The nose is
packed with intensely lush honey, dried apricot and delicate floral notes.

Palate

Layers of ripe stone fruits, baked
apple and candied pineapple marry with bright acidity resulting in a delightfully sweet, yet balanced sipper
showcasing a long, lingering finish.

Growing Conditions

Situated in the southeastern region of the Sonoma Valley AVA, Landa Vineyards is blessed with warm days
and cool nights during the grape growing season. The Roussanne fruit from this special site develops an
abundance of sugar, which is balanced by its natural acidity. We allow select clusters to hang late past the
normal growing season in order for botrytis cinerea to progress – developing the “noble rot” that creates
intensely concentrated aromas and high sugar levels. This late harvest treat is similar in style to the
memorable wines of Sauternes.

Winemaking

Gently pressed, native yeast fermentation, stainless
steel to preserve honeyed fruit characteristics.
