Nose
Vanilla, pineapple, peach, apricot, with some added depth from the wood. The nose is creamy, buttery, and rich.
Palate
Creamy, buttery texture with notes of vanilla, butter, baking spices and tropical stone fruits. On the front of the palate you get vanilla and stone fruit eventually giving way to a toasted crème brulee mid-palate and the sip finishes with slightly sweet undertones and low acid smoothness.
Flavors of vanilla and crème brulee yet light and refreshing with a hint of green apple that makes you want more.
Winemaking
This new world, oak mellowed Chardonnay exudes a creamy, buttery texture with notes of vanilla, baking spices and stone fruit. This wine coats the mouth with smooth and refreshing mouth feel. Au Jus by 1849 Wine Company is full of personality.
