Nose
Focused aromas of fuji apple and Asian pear, and crushed limestone. Glistening aromas and flavors of honeyed pecan and Golden apple are eye-opening. Toasty notes and a floral tangerine essence are subtle and lightweight, but texturally broad.
Palate
Rich acidity, bright. The 2021 shows spectacular minerality and a viscous, mouth-filling textural quality.
White pepper prickles on the finish, garnished with ample acidity and lingering minerality.
