When you take your first sip, the wine's Bennett Valley pedigree shows itself - it is full bodied, but the texture is silky and plush. You get the beautiful fruit flavors that you would expect from the nose, but then there are hints of roasted meat, forest floor and cloves that develop over the long, nuanced finish.
Aging
14 months in 100% new French oak.

This is a refined, polished Pinot Noir with acidity to keep it lively, which makes it perfect to pair with duck or salmon.
