Ripe and supple palate with layers of Chocolate-Covered Cherries, Blackberries, Currants, Sweet Vanilla, Sandalwood and Canela. Long, ripe mouth-filling tannins, and a beautiful balancing acidity. Well-filled and superbly defined.
This is our fifth vintage, which yielded three barrels from 3 acres.
Aged in new French oak for 22 months.
Deep Garnet Crimson color.
Decant and serve now with a rare-grilled Bistecca Fiorentina or age through 2025 to serve with your finest meals.
