Silken and weighty, this wine offers deep flavors of tangy lemon and peach cobbler, backed by lively acidity and a long finish.
Our Sauvignon Blanc grapes grow at the foot of the Mayacamas Mountains, on gently rolling hills with marine sedimentary soils. Located in the lower Sonoma Valley just north of Carneros, this site provides a southern exposure for the vines, and is slightly warmer than the surrounding area. Our Semillon source is up-valley, just north of Kenwood, in well-drained volcanic soils on the valley floor. This location enjoys warm days and cool, sometimes foggy nights.
