Palate
Black plum, mulberry and boysenberry fruit with cocoa, violet, cedar, dusty earth, dried herbs, and vanilla. Forward, juicy, fruit flavors with soft tannins on the mid-palate finishing with lingering flavors of caramel and vanilla.
Winemaking
Fermented in a small 2 ton lot to retain terrior and individuality of the specially selected sliver of vineyard.
Aging
22 months in French oak - 50% new
