Winemaking
This wine takes us back to the days of classic film noir: femme fatales, doomed romances, suspicions, murders, double-crosses, and smooth car chases. Drama is in the air, and if delicious wines could kill, this would be our demise.
Just like the perfect noir, this wine has a lot of twists and turns…yet it’s reeeeal smooth, crushable, and captivating. This blend is Grenache and Mourvèdre dominant, giving it that juicy forefront. A bit of Cinsault and Syrah is thrown in there, so you don’t speed on into the depths of nighttime without a touch of something more decadent to explore.
We turned to carbonic maceration for this light and juicy style before pressing the grapes in stainless steel. This baby was aged for 5 months in French Oak, where her character development began to expand and flourish. While she may be young, this ain’t no flat damsel in distress. She’s strong-willed, with a mind of her own and a killer body to match.
